About me
Natalie Volin Lehr has extensive experience in government affairs, political campaigns, public policy, coalition building, corporate philanthropy, and community relations. In her current role at Carlson, Natalie leads the company’s community and government relations, as well as its philanthropic and corporate giving programs. As part of her government affairs responsibilities, Natalie represents the company at the federal, state, and local level with legislative offices,
executive agencies, trade associations, and coalitions, including the Minnesota Business Coalitionfor Racial Equity.
Natalie serves on the board of PACT (Protecting All Children Against Trafficking), the leading policy organization in the U.S. focused on ending the sexual exploitation of children. She represents Carlson on the Global Business Coalition Against Trafficking (GBCAT) and The Itasca Project. She also serves on the board of the Minnesota Opera. Natalie earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Minnesota and her law degree from the University
of Minnesota Law School. She also participated in the Young American Leaders Program at the Harvard Business School.
